    Toyota made a far more functional and better looking vehicle at the 2004 Tokyo Auto Show. It had a full enclosure and could be driven in a vertical or inclined position.

    it is a cute design but wouldn't be succsessful, because it is a slow moving vehicle, unsafe on a busy road and vunnerable to traffic. A faster, safer and bigger design would be more sucsessful.
