THX partnered with BG Radia to design and develop the BGX-4850, an in-wall subwoofer system that delivers THX Ultra2 Certified performance in a design that fits completely inside a standard 2x4-inch stud-wall. The BGX-4850 system consists of four bass modules and a 2 channel amplifier. Each module features 12-micro-precision woofers housed within their own enclosures and arranged in balanced pairs. The result? Even with more than 2,000 watts of power, this system delivers pitch perfect bass without shaking the walls loose.
