Axiom Worldwide's Director of Engineering Research and Development, Scot Johnson, takes us on a walkthrough of the DRX9000 True Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression System. The vast majority of components are designed and fabricated at their headquarters in Tampa, Florida. Highlights include a closed-loop feedback system within a closed-loop feedback system, referred to as nested closed-loop feedback. A servo-amplifier receives corrective force commands from the treatment computer 13 x per second. The servo-motor itself contains very accurate measurement devices that measure position, speed, and power consumption. The servo-amplifier monitors these variables, correcting the actions of the servo-motor 4,000 x per second. For more information, go to:
