Video is so slow - this information could be divulged in 45 seconds in a printed article with a couple pictures.   I'm not meaning to demean the information, but rather the wasteful (time and internet bandwidth) trend of using video for this kind of thing.

Sorry Tony, but your complete low power solution is neither complete nor low power. Not included in your talk was the tempco and non-linearity of the strain gauge.  Take a look at the Intersema 5540 fully compensated digital pressure sensor that gives a 16 bit digital reading and averages 4 uA.
